Dead Serious . . . About GOLF
You are invited to play in the first annual MISH Golf Scramble!
Saturday, April 19 with 1:00 p.m. start time
Lunch at 12 Noon and 6:00 p.m. Awards Ceremony & Dinner
The golf outing will be held at the prestigious Grizzly Course at The
Golf Center near King's Island in Mason, Ohio. The course was designed
by Jack Nicklaus and is the former home of the Kroger Senior Championship.
If you pay BEFORE you play, the cost is $75 per person or $300 per team.
If you pay the day of the outing, the cost is $80 per person or $320 per
team.
A portion of your payment is tax-deductible!
You can pre-pay for the golf tournament with check or credit card.
This includes: Cart & 18 holes of golf
Cash Prizes for: Longest Drive, Straightest Drive, Closest to the pin, Putting Contest,
Chip-In-The Boat, and much more . . .
There will be tickets available to enter the raffle drawings for numerous prizes including:
Pete Rose signed bat, autographed pro-athlete photos, tickets to Cincinnati Reds game, tickets to Columbus Crew game and much more . . .
